Pre-Ballet I (age 3), Pre-Ballet II (ages 4-5)
An introduction to ballet technique for the young dancer. Learn ballet positions, skip, hop, gallop, leap and more. Wear a leotard, pink tights, and pink ballet shoes. Hair must be pulled back off of face.
Pre-Ballet/Tap I (age 3), Pre-Ballet/Tap II (ages 4-5)
An introduction to ballet and tap technique for the young dancer. During the first half of class learn ballet positions, skip, hop, gallop, leap and more. The second half of class focuses on tap rhythm and coordination. Wear a leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, and black tap shoes. Hair must be pulled back off of face.
Ballet Basics (ages 5-6)
Ballet Basics is designed as an introduction for the Kindergarten age student to strict ballet technique and discipline. Students must be able to work through a long barre section of class, have good attention span and maturity for this class. Leotard, tights, pink ballet shoes, and bun required.
Ballet (ages 7+)
Learn classical ballet technique that builds the strongest foundation of dance. Start with the fundamentals including basic positions and movements, body alignment, and strengthening and flexibility. Leotard, tights, pink ballet shoes, and bun required.
Ballet Level IA
Beyond beginner, IA students have taken 1-3 years of ballet and are focused and disciplined in class. Solid colored leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, and hair in bun.
Ballet Level IB
IB students have taken 1-3 years of ballet and are focused and disciplined in class. IB students have a good understanding of terminology and body alignment. Solid black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, hair in bun.
Ballet Level II
Level II students can execute combinations with one hand at the barre, have good awareness of body placement, port de bras, and a strong understanding of terminology. Solid black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, hair in bun.
Ballet Level III
Level III students have achieved strength, flexibility and good turnout. With instructor approval they may be eligible for prepointe shoes. Level III students attend class twice a week to increase muscle memory and strength. Solid black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, hair in bun.
Ballet Level IV
Level IV students have progressed into challenging combinations executed with proper technique at the barre and in center. Level IV students attend class multiple times per week and with instructor approval may be eligible for pointe class. Solid black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, hair in bun.

Our ballet program provides high quality classical ballet training from experienced instructors. Our faculty’s attention to detail and hands-on corrections give students the tools to become successful dancers.  Prepointe and Pointe readiness is determined by age, technical ability, and work ethic in class.  Our staff takes pride in preparing dancers at an appropriate age and level for this big step in their training.  This helps create more successful dancers as well as prevents injury.  The dress code for ballet is solid colored leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes, and hair in a neat bun.  Levels IB, II, III, and IV require black leotard.
